Discount Tire

I made an appointment on August 30, 2026. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was greeted at the door by the manager. I showed him a picture of the message I was getting about my tire system on my older Chevrolet Impala. He immediately ran the codes and let me know it was one bad sensor. They fixed it and I was out the door in 25 minutes. The lobby/waiting room was spotless, service took place the minute I got there, and staff were very friendly and helpful. I had never been to this tire store before, but it will be our first choice every time now going forward! Their business operations are stellar. Fully recommend.

The workers at this Discount Tire were incredibly helpful and provided outstanding customer service. They took the time to help me find the best deal and made sure I got the best tires possible at a great price. Jordan and Felipe were both extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful every step of the way. They answered all of my questions and made the entire experience easy and stress free. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for honest, friendly service!

I highly recommend this tire service provider to everyone who is in need of quality tires at affordable rates. You will receive top quality service without paying extra for it. We facilitated a six tire replacement service for our son’s vehicle across country without difficulty and I will keep Discount Tire on my 1st go to list for service near and far. Scott J Stevens

After shopping several places for tires and wheels, I found the service Gage provided at Discount Tire to be exceptional. He took the time to assure that all my questions were answered and even took the time to retrieve two tires from inventory to show me a side by side comparison. Doing so while the shop was starting to get busy, he showed great patience and politeness. Thank you Gage!

I stopped in to my local store and had my tires checked. Jason did such a great job and even offered to check my spare tire. Little did I know I only had 17% in that tire so if I had a problem I would have been in trouble. Thanks for going above and beyond, you have a customer for life! And you can be sure I will brag about the Pierson Rd location to all that listen. BTW, always nice staff, great management, and honest answers without trying to upsell add ons. Keep up the great work! 👍🏼
